What is the MG Golf guarantee?

At MG Golf, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products and believe we offer one of the best guarantees in the golf industry.


We are confident that every product we offer delivers exceptional value. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) in good condition within 60 days for a full refund of the product price.

What are MG Golf's shipping and handling charges?

We offer some of the lowest shipping and handling rates anywhere!

 

Rates for orders are based on the total product cost (except for special shipping offers and some oversized products).

How long will it take for MG Golf to ship my products?

When you place an order, we will automatically check to see if we have the product in stock and let you know immediately.

If the product(s) are not customized and in stock your order will be shipped WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays)! Most orders entered before 12:00 Noon Central Time will ship the SAME DAY!

If your order contains any customized item(s) it will ship within approximately 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). 

If the product(s) are not in stock we will tell you the approximate date the order will ship at the time you order. You can always cancel your backorder ANYTIME before it ships!

Unless you specify a specific shipment method for your order when you place it (when available), we will select a shipment method that insures rapid delivery to you at the best price. NOTE: Unlike other sites that offer "discount shipping", we NEVER send our products via Third Class, Standard Class or Parcel Post.

Can I track my order status?

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), was a United States Supreme Court case that held states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers, even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state. This overturned previous rulings that did not require sellers to collect sales tax. Now, all sellers that meet the collection threshold of a particular state must collect sales tax on orders shipped to an address in that state.

When you place an order, you will automatically have sales tax added at the rate applicable to your location.

If your locale does not require sales tax, it will not be added to your order.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Orders are processed quickly. Provided your order has not already been processed, we will be happy to assist with modifying or canceling your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you.

Exchanges: Received an item that does not fit? Ordered the wrong hand for your golf glove(s)? Any other problem? Return the item in new condition to the return address on your packing slip with your noted request, and we will exchange the item for you FREE OF CHARGE! * Customized items have a modified return policy. Returns (within 60 days): Don't like the product you received? No problem. Just return the item(s) in good condition to the return address on your packing slip within 60 days, and we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method for the full product price. No questions asked! * Customized items have a modified return policy. For more details, see our personalized return policy below.

Returns (over 60 days): Defective product? Something broke when it shouldn't have? Just call our Customer Care department at 469-553-0893 or 800-404-8330, and we will assist you. If the product is defective, we will replace it with an equivalent item at NO CHARGE, or provide an account credit!

Personalized Product Returns: Due to their custom nature, return credit for personalized items is decided on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking, personalized product returns (which include cancelled orders past the printing stage) will receive a refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fees are waived in the rare instance of an actual printing defect). The refund will apply to the product only; any cost to personalize is non-refundable. 

Personalized returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, pink on green, etc...), or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.
