• By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these rules, terms, and conditions.
• The giveaway entry period will begin at 12:30PM CT on Friday, May 24, 2024 and ends at 12:30PM CT on Tuesday,  May 28, 2024.
• All entries must be received by 12:30PM CT on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024. Any entry received before or after the entry period will not be eligible. MG Golf is the official time-keeping device for the giveaway.
• One (1) 1st Place winner, One (1) 2nd Place winner, One (1) 3rd Place winner, and One (1) Grand Prize winner in the United States will be selected at random by MG Golf on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• One (1) 1st Place winner, One (1) 2nd Place winner, and One (1) 3rd Place winner prize will be awarded to randomly selected winners who have entered on Reddit, using a random selection process. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the public giveaway on MG Golf, using a random selection process.

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway entry period. MG Golf will initiate contact with the winners within one (1) business day of the close of the giveaway.
• MG Golf giveaways are open only to residents of the United States. Each winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all (if applicable) platforms.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of MG Golf are not eligible to enter.
• Only one (1) entry per person per giveaway will be accepted.
• There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
• Reddit is not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, MG Golf’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, MG Golf shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway, or any prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and MG Golf and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, MG Golf reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• MG Golf will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• The name, address, and email address of the winner must be provided to MG Golf if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfillment of the prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond MG Golf’s reasonable control, MG Golf reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• MG Golf's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in this giveaway constitutes an entrant’s consent to MG Golf’s use of his/her name, social media username, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media or advertisement without further payment or consideration.
